In order to apply for a Turkish visa, you need to follow the steps below:

• Go to the web page: www.konsolosluk.gov.tr
• Choose language from the top right corner.
  
• Choose “Rwanda” as the country and “Embassy in Kigali” as the consular mission.
• Click Visa Pre-Application from Visa menu. (www.konsolosluk.gov.tr/Visa)
  
• Follow instructions, fill up the forms and upload your photo as well as all the documents required.
• After submission, a Pre-Application Form will be available for you to download and to sign.

IMPORTANT: Get an Appointment

• With your Passport Number and the Reference Number on your Pre-Application Form, choose a date for your appointment through www.konsolosluk.gov.tr/Appointment/AppointmentList
  

IMPORTANT: Required Documents

• Please find at the bottom of this page, the list of the required documents for each type of visa application to bring with you when you come to your appointment.
• Please note that the Embassy may request additional documents and statements for your application.

Please note:

• Visa fees are not refundable in case your visa is denied/rejected
• All applicants must have medical travel insurance that must be valid during their stay in Turkey.
• In order to avoid any inconvenience that may be caused by delay in processing, it is recommended to apply for visa at least one month before the departure date.
• Holders of a valid Schengen, USA, UK or Ireland visa and/or residence permit, can get their visa online: www.evisa.gov.tr (30 USD for single entry, to be paid with a Credit Card).
