The Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Kigali kindly informs that restrictions due to Covid-19 on all borders of Turkey (except for land border with Iran) have been lifted as of 11 June 2020.

All arriving passengers will be subject to health control in accordance with the procedures determined by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey.

In the light of the restrictions still in force in Rwanda, the Embassy will be able to start its routine visa procedures only after the decision of the Rwandan government to lift current restrictions.
